These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qk98 ("qk98", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the qk98 website at qk98.org, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, bet, or promotion offered by qk98, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the qk98 platform and close your account. Continued use of qk98 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English language version shall prevail.

Access to and use of qk98 is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to open and maintain a qk98 account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. qk98 enforces a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Misrepresenting your age is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of qk98, nor an immediate family member of such a person, for the purposes of participating in real-money games.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether applied by you directly through qk98's responsible gaming tools or through any third-party responsible gaming programme.

To use real-money services on qk98, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You may not use fictitious names, false contact details, or another person's identity when registering.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. qk98 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be suspended pending investigation.
• Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Winnings derived from duplicate account activity may be forfeited at qk98's discretion.
• Deposits held in duplicate accounts will be returned to the verified payment source after investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC): qk98 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a clear copy of a valid government-issued ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. qk98 may request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.

All financial transactions on qk98 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). qk98 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: PKR 500.
• Deposits are credited to your qk98 balance in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 1 business hour for bank transfers.
• qk98 does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 1,000.
• Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed same-day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT on business days.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• qk98 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-value.

qk98 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all qk98 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. qk98 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• qk98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been accepted, the bonus funds and any associated wagering requirement will be voided.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the stated withdrawal conditions.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided and the account reviewed for potential termination.

All games available on qk98 — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant-win products — operate in accordance with the published rules for each game. In the event of any discrepancy between a displayed game result and qk98's server-side records, the server-side record shall be definitive.

• qk98 games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software where applicable. RNG certification is maintained through independent third-party audit.
• Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studio facilities. All equipment used in live games is physically present and subject to regulatory oversight.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault, any affected round may be declared void at qk98's discretion. Bets placed on voided rounds will be returned to the player's cash balance.
• qk98 reserves the right to suspend any game temporarily for maintenance, updates, or regulatory compliance without prior notice.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to participate in any qk98 game is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

qk98's sportsbook covers cricket, football, tennis, and other major sports, with particular depth in Pakistan Super League (PSL) cricket, international cricket matches involving Pakistan, and major international tournaments. The following rules govern all sports betting activity on qk98:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Subsequent changes to odds do not affect confirmed bets.
• qk98 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced at the time the bet was accepted, unless the bet was explicitly accepted as an in-play wager.
• In-play betting markets are available on selected events. In-play odds update continuously. qk98 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules for each affected market will follow the official qk98 sports betting rules applicable to that sport.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all sportsbook markets. These limits are published within the sportsbook interface and may vary by sport and market type.
• qk98 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — bets from accounts identified as exhibiting professional or systematic betting patterns.

qk98 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. qk98 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every player's account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and may not be increased within a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to be reminded of time spent playing.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during gameplay reminding players of their session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on qk98 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. qk98 reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold funds pending investigation.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one qk98 account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, AI assistants, or third-party software to interact with qk98 games or the sportsbook.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, live table, or sportsbook market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes in a deliberate or systematic manner.
• Using qk98 for the purposes of money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using qk98 to attempt to conceal the origin of funds.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward qk98 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access areas of the qk98 platform outside your authorised access level.
• Sharing your qk98 account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your account.

All content on the qk98 platform — including but not limited to the qk98 brand name, logo, visual design, website layout, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of qk98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By using qk98, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any qk98 content.
• Distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any qk98 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any qk98 software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of qk98 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

qk98 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the qk98 Privacy Policy.

qk98 will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third parties where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qk98 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity — whether direct or indirect — arising from your use of the qk98 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the qk98 platform caused by technical issues, maintenance, regulatory action, or circumstances beyond qk98's reasonable control.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes, odds displays, or account balance information resulting from technical malfunction, provided such malfunctions are rectified promptly upon identification.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, content, or materials on the qk98 platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes qk98's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

qk98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules published by qk98.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Regulatory instruction or legal requirement to do so.
• Where qk98 withdraws services from the player's jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed by qk98 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms or suspected illegal activity, any verified cash balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method, following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players may close their own qk98 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours, after which the account will be deactivated and the verified cash balance returned.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your qk98 account, a game outcome, a transaction, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact the qk98 support team via live chat or by emailing the address listed in the footer of this page. Please include your account username, the nature of the dispute, and any relevant transaction references or timestamps.

qk98 commits to the following dispute resolution timeline:

• Acknowledgement: All disputes will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt.
• Initial Response: qk98 will provide an initial response or request for further information within 5 business days.
• Resolution: qk98 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of the initial complaint being received.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the player and qk98, the player may escalate the matter to qk98's licensing authority. Details of the escalation procedure are available from qk98 support upon request.

qk98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — qk98 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to the player's account and/or by prominent notice on the qk98 website.

For non-material amendments, changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the qk98 website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of qk98 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you should cease using qk98 and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qk98 holds its gaming licence. qk98 operates under an international gaming regulatory framework and complies with applicable anti-money laundering, data protection, and responsible gaming regulations.

Nothing in this clause limits or affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
